WARRANTY TERMS
This warranty is extensive in that it covers the replacement of all defective parts. LABOR CHARGES AND DAMAGE INCURRED IN INSTALLATION, REPAIR, OR REPLACEMENT, AS WELL AS ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS OR DAMAGE, ARE EXCLUDED. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt/invoice) from the purchaser must be available for Golf Week Store. For all warranty claims.
THIS IS AN EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY BY Golf Week Store, WHICH DOES NOT MAKE ANY OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND VALID OVER IT, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY. This warranty applies only to made after January 1, 2000.
This warranty excludes all industrial, commercial, and business usage, whose purchasers are now extended a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except for the duration of the contract.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Any damage to this Golf Week Store resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or any use of other than genuine Golf Week Store replacement parts WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.

WARNING: Golf Week Store is not responsible or liable for any failure and damage to this product caused by using water containing high chlorine concentrations that exceed the acceptable ppm concentration limit for human exposure levels.
